Metallica has announced the extension of their *M72* World Tour into 2025, with 21 additional North American dates. This extension continues their tradition of *No Repeat Weekends*, where the band plays two-night engagements with entirely different setlists each night. The 2025 North American leg will feature support from Pantera, Limp Bizkit, Suicidal Tendencies, and Ice Nine Kills, depending on the night.
Tickets will go on sale starting September 27, with fan club pre-sales beginning on September 23. The tour, which began in 2023, has already seen Metallica play to over 3 million fans and will conclude its 2024 run with four performances in Mexico City.
The 2025 leg is produced by Live Nation and presented by new sponsor inKind. As part of Metallica’s ongoing commitment to philanthropy, proceeds from each ticket sold will benefit local charities through their *All Within My Hands* foundation, which has raised over $15 million since its inception in 2017.
The tour will kick off on April 12 in Las Vegas and will wrap up on June 29 in Denver. Key stops include Toronto, Nashville, Philadelphia, Atlanta, and Houston. The complete list of dates and locations is as follows:
